Mission Statement
The Youth Strategies and Programs Division provides outreach, guidance and support to government, faith-based and nonprofit organizations that provide services to children, youth and families. We promote and participate in a wide array of community meetings and programs which plan and offer services to children and youth to ensure their safety and well being.
