Neighborhood Program

The Office of Community Relations holds neighborhood meetings on a weekly and monthly basis. The Neighborhood Program was established by the County Executive and is usually represented by the various civic associations and other community based organizations in the neighborhoods. The Office has received extremely favorable comments about the benefits of these outreach efforts. Residents particularly enjoy the opportunity to personally meet County government officials, civic leaders, and the opportunity to have their questions answered.

The Citizen Services Specialists also maintain a database of civic groups and homeowners associations, faith-based organizations, non-governmental organizations, elected officials, chambers of commerce, local business organizations and etc. If you have an organization/association that you want included in our database, please e-mail us at ocr@co.pg.md.us.  Once your information is reviewed we will contact your president.
