Community Association Institute is a national organization that has been providing information and education for more than 30 years. Their members include community association volunteer leaders, professional managers, community management firms, and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations.

They provide the latest information on community association management and governance. They offer seminars and workshops, do research, have a book store on-line, publish the Common Ground magazine and specialized newsletters on community association management, governance, and law. CAI also advocates for legislative and regulatory policies that support responsible governance and effective management.

You can download a free copy of their Board Member Tool Kit, and A Introduction to Community Association Living, learn solutions to common problems, order The Homeowners Association Manual, find a list of certified professionals, and register for their educational workshops and conferences.
