The Division of Financial and Administrative Services is responsible for maintaining the financial books, records and payments to the landlords and tenants for the Department of Housing and Community Development and the Housing Authority of Prince George's County, MD.

The division is also responsible for billing, collection and accounting for the rents of tenants who reside in the housing units owned and operated by the Housing Authority.
