Program Monitoring Activities

Program monitoring helps to determine that all service providers are implementing quality services in accordance with their contract. Accountability is essential to ensure the LMB is meeting its required goals for the children, youth and families of Prince George's County. This is completed by monitoring program activities which, include the following:

• Site Visits
• Annual State Report
• Fiscal Reports
• Client Satisfaction Surveys
• Technical Assistance to Service Providers
• State Audits from the Governor's Office for Children
• Meetings with Service Providers
• Contract Development and Negotiations with Service Providers
• Service Providers' Activities for Families (Graduations, Award Ceremonies, Family Fun Nights, Family Appreciation Ceremonies, Employee Appreciation Ceremonies, etc.)
