Reconstruction, widening and partial realignment of existing Ammendale/Virginia Manor, Old Gunpowder and Powder Mill roads, extending from I-95 to Trolley Lane. Upon completion, traffic flow through the intersection of the newly aligned roads will be greatly improved, with improved access to US 1 from I-95.
