The Office of Central Services (OCS) and the MBDD develops an extensive annual training program designed to provide educational and industry training focusing on the overall development of MBEs. For example, some seminars/workshops have included proposal writing, bonding and insurance, and financing. These seminars/workshops are offered free to the participant and instructors are consultants and subject experts. The seminars/workshops are held monthly with the exception of August and December.
