The Department of Permitting Inspection and Enforcement is offering monthly ePlan Customer Training Sessions in order to improve our ePlan service to customers and expand our electronic plans submittal services. Our ePlan Customer Training focuses on how to complete your online application and upload your plans for review in our ePlan system. The training sessions are held the third Thursday of every month, beginning December 15, 2016 through May 18, 2017. Seating is limited and offered on a first call, first served basis.
