PRESS RELEASE
Homicide on Homer Avenue in Suitland

Prince George’s County, Maryland…The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred inSuitland,Maryland.

On March 28, 2005, at approximately 12:00 a.m., police responded to the 4700 block of Homer Avenue for the report of a shooting.  Upon arrival, police located three victims. The first victim was a 26-year-old male from Suitland; he sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body and was transported to a local hospital.    The second victim was a 15-year-old male from Suitland; he suffered a minor gunshot wound and was treated on the scene. The third victim, 16-year-old Jesie Alan Hunt of the 4700block of Homer Avenue sustained a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was transported to Medstar and later pronounced dead. There are no suspects and a motive has not yet been established.
