Prince George’s County, Maryland…The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a homicide that
occurred inLandover,Maryland.
On February 16, 2005, at approximately 3:00 p.m., two male suspects forced their way into a house in the 6500 block of Columbia
Terrace.
Once inside, at least one of the suspects shot a male resident of the home multiple times prior to fleeing the house.
Upon arrival, police located the victim lying on the floor inside of the home.
The victim was then transported to Prince George’s Hospital Center where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
The victim has been identified as 31-year old Kerry Antonio Bennett.
He lived at the home where the shooting occurred.
There is no additional suspect information, and a motive has not been determined.
