CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD – Prince George’s County Executive Jack Johnson today celebrated the groundbreaking of the ICON Condominiums,
a redevelopment project near the Addison Road Metro Station.
“The ICON Condominiums development is a well-deserved and winning investment for the citizens of Prince George’s County,”

citizens will have easy access to public transportation, retail and dining right where they live.
Johnson was joined by Thomas Thompson, executive director, Redevelopment Authority; Victor Hoskins, secretary, Maryland’s
Department of Housing and Community Development; and the developer, Dr. Mirza Baig, president, Dawn Limited Partnership.
