Prince George’s County, Maryland…The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on Pennsylvania Avenue.
On November 25, 2005, at approximately 9:45 p.m., officers responded to the 6500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue for the report
of a shooting. When they arrived, officers found the victim, 25 year-old Melvin Curtis Rouise of no fixed address, inside
a vacant apartment. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead on the scene. There are no detailed descriptions
of the suspects.
The Police Department is asking anyone with information about this case to call the Prince George’s County Police Department’s

is available for tips that lead to the arrest and indictment. In addition, Chief Melvin High has created an additional reward
