Prince George’s County, Maryland…The name of the homicide victim has been released. He has been identified as 30-year-old
Teofilo Bermudez, of the 3400 block of Sweetwater Road, in Lawrenceville, GA.
On August 25, 2005, at approximately 2:30 p.m., officers responded to the 8500 block of Bonny Drive for the report of a shooting.
When they arrived on the scene, officers found the deceased victim outside of a residence with gunshot wounds to the upper
body. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene. His body was sent to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore,
Maryland for an autopsy. At this time, there are no detailed descriptions of the suspects.

cash reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this homicide. The investigation is continuing.
