Camille Exum represents the (7th) Councilmanic District of Prince George’s County, which comprises the areas of District Heights, Bradbury/Boulevard Heights, Capitol Heights, Hillcrest Heights, Marlow Heights, Seat Pleasant and Suitland. Council Member Exum is serving her second and final term as member of the Prince George’s County Council.

The daughter of Maryland State Senator Nathaniel and Mrs. Dorothy Exum, Council Member Exum is a product of Prince George’s County Schools, attending Kettering Elementary, Stephen Decatur Junior High, and Crossland Senior High. She graduated from Lincoln University with a degree in Public Affairs.

Council Member Exum serves as Chair of the Public Safety and Fiscal Management Committee (PSFM) and is a member of the Health, Education and Human Services (HEHS) and Planning, Zoning and Economic Development (PZED) committees. She is a Board Member of the Economic Development Corporation; Dimensions Healthcare Systems; Washington Suburban Transit Commission; Washington Area Housing Trust Fund; and a member of the National Capital Regional Emergency Preparedness Council (NCREPC).

Council Member Exum believes that the citizens of Prince George’s County are our greatest resource. “We all must be active, engaged and rely on our collective wisdom and energy to shape our vision, and monitor growth and development.
