Revenue Authority - Court Requests

For District Court hearing, a written request must be submitted to the Revenue Authority at:

1300 Mercantile Lane, Suite 108
Largo, MD 20774

• Court requests must be received within 25 days of the citation issue date
• Court requests must include the Citation Number and Name and Address of the person requesting the District Court hearing
• Once your request is received by the Revenue Authority you will receive notice of your court date, place and time approximately 30 days prior to the date of attendance.
